		<description>One take-away from a recent seminar on writing comments on these projects was that any water is significant.  Long story short, Please take a drive, hike, bike, and take pictures of water. Any Water.  The little streams that only show up this time of year are very significant.  Take pictures and send them to the Forest Service.  After Feinstein&#039;s outrageous comments they are needed now more than ever.</description>
